When natural rubber is used, the turbine rotational speed should be less than 5,400 ft\/min to avoid liner failure due to increased temperature at the outer edge of the turbine. The use of this elastometer is inappropriate for oil, solvents and strong acids, and there is a possibility of damage when pumping larger solid particles or materials impure to them, and it is not no longer appropriate to use them for temperatures above 110 degrees Celsius.<\/p><h4>Polyurethane :<\/h4><div class=\"lRu31\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Polyurethane elastomers are used in liner pumps when the impeller rotation speed is more than 5400 feet, because in these cases it is impossible to use natural rubber.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">If the fluid contains soft solid particles, the resistance of polyurethane is higher than that of natural rubber, while if the fluid contains solid particles with sharp edges, its resistance to wear will be lower than that of natural rubber.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The application of polyurethane is not suitable for temperatures above 158 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as for acidic solutions, alkalines, ketones, esters and nitrohydrocarbons, and if the temperature resistance increases, the wear resistance decreases.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div><h4>Synthetic elastomers:<\/h4><div class=\"lRu31\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">These types of elastometers include neoprene, butyl hypalon, Viton type A, etc.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">For chemical applications, these materials are more resistant than other elastomers and have lower wear resistance than them, and also tolerate higher working temperatures than them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
