The roller base is one of the important components of the conveyor, which is used to keep the roller stable and as a holder for carrying the load.

We offer fixed feed, buffer and return roller bases in a range of sizes for belt widths from 350mm to 3500mm (14″ to 138″). The bases are either galvanized or have a corrosion-resistant painted surface.All bases provide minimal gaps between rollers and are designed to eliminate material build-up.

The stands are designed for optimal conveyor stabilization for low rolling resistance, excellent belt support, proper belt guidance and long conveyor life.
